Release the dark mode contrast pass for all charts. Scoped for the LNDev UI - Dropdown work — implementation notes below.
- Keep the public API backward compatible
- No new runtime dependency
- Follow the existing Tailwind token conventions
Edge cases and browser quirks should be captured as test cases before closing.
